About TeacherPaddy

TeacherPaddy is a planning tool for teachers. It helps you prepare Yearly Schemes, Term Schemes and Weekly Learner Plans for your classes. By creating an account or using TeacherPaddy, you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • Give your real name and an email address you can use.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and let us know through the Contact page.

Your plans

The plans you make are yours to use in your teaching. You are responsible for the information you enter, and for checking your plans before you use them.

TeacherPaddy can draft plans for you. Drafts can contain mistakes or miss something your class needs, so always read and adjust them, and follow the official curriculum and your school's guidance.

Payments

AI-generated plans use planning credits. One credit is one subject's plan for one week, with all its lessons, generated by AI and checked. A credit is used only when that succeeds. Generating the same plan again uses another credit, and rewriting one part of a plan with AI uses 1 credit. Each account has one free generation.

Credits are sold in four packs: Starter, Teacher, Term and Power. The price and what each pack includes are shown before you pay. The Teacher, Term and Power packs also include the Term Scheme for the term you buy them in and the Yearly Scheme for that school year. These are made without AI, and downloading them does not use credits. The weekly plan and Full Term Plan are no longer sold.

Payments are made on the page of our payment provider, KoraPay, not in TeacherPaddy. Credits are added only once KoraPay confirms the payment; if a payment fails or is cancelled, nothing is added.

For a problem with a payment, or a refund request, please contact TeacherPaddy support through the Contact page.
